We're Crowdfunding!

What You Need to Know

Why is Inspira Crowdfunding?

When we designed our scientific program for 2021, we asked ourselves, how are we going to pay for all of this exciting research?  As COVID-19 has impacted every human on earth, we thought every human on earth should have the opportunity to invest in our company.  Our innovation doesn't end in the lab and we are set to become the world's first crowdfunded search for cure for a COVID-19.  We pride ourselves on our financial management and we will ensure that every penny gets used to progress the life saving potential of our exciting IPX formulations.

What is Crowdfunding?

When you invest in equity you buy a percentage or share of a business. Hopefully the business you have backed goes on to make an ‘exit’ (by via a sale to another company) at a higher value than when you invested, and you will get a return on your investment and make a profit.

Just remember that investing in a start-up business carries significant risks, including illiquidity, lack of dividends, loss of your investment and dilution. You can read more about these risks on the Crowdcube website.

How can I invest?

The campaign will go live for pre-registered users in April 2021.  The campaign will go live to the rest of the world in late April and is scheduled to close in May 2021. Subscribe above to be added to the list of pre-registered investors.

Who can invest?

You must be over 18 years old and legally entitled to invest. You’ll also need to be a resident of UK, Ireland  or a country where you may legally receive financial promotions of the nature provided.
We’re sorry but residents of Japan, Canada and the US are not allowed to invest unless they are SEC accredited.
